12.30 Workshop sessions: How can CM support Requirement Management in a product line environment?
When a new generation of a product line is to be developed, the CM challenges usually increase: Current design structures are affected, requirements are added and modified and additional variants and versions of products, subsystems and maintenance concepts will be taken to market. We will dedicate two workshop sessions addressing how CM can enable adequate structures to support a development project. To give context to our discussion and provide us with very real and tangible examples in relation to this workshop theme, Volvo CE will introduce us to their products and current CM function.
