Some time has passed without the possibility to physically bring the CM Forum network together to discuss CM highs and lows, news, ideas, practices etc. Being able to meet for this purpose has always been highly appreciated among the network participants and we hope to reinstate this function now as we are passed pandemic restrictions.
This time we will try to map out the direction of CM. How does CM fit into current development trends and what in today’s CM practice need to be updated to function and provide value tomorrow?
