  • How can ownership of configuration be established in an organisation where responsibility and mandate is defined for “disciplines” (maintenance, environment, safety etc) rather than for particular systems/subsystems?
  • How is the ownership affected by the owner’s knowledge, or lack thereof, for particular CIs, Systems, Functions?
